Company History
The company was founded 22 years ago and specialises in providing technology solutions to internal and external auditors, fraud investigators, risk managers and other similar professionals.
Based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent, the business has grown substantially in recent years.
The founder of AuditWare Systems, Brendan Walsh, first came across the IDEA software application as a member of the management team at the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW). At that time it was an in-house tool employed by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Marketing and distributing this innovative product to the world was the foundation on which AuditWare Systems was built.
AuditWare Systems is now a significant business with an outstanding blue chip client list that has come to rely on AuditWare staff to support audit and investigation activities throughout the UK, Ireland and the world.
Training, support and software solutions of the highest quality have ensured that AuditWare has kept pace with modern technologies and rapidly changing requirements and these services are now provided to a current UK and Ireland user base of 1200 companies.
Our team has huge experience in a variety of sectors and in all aspects of auditing and data analysis.
The company is now expanding to meet the growing demand for our services and AuditWare Systems has several new products soon to be launched.
AuditWare also distributes other CaseWare products such as Examiner and Smart Analyzer, our own Unix Security Auditor tool and a number of other high quality audit and IT security related products from third parties.
