Unix Security Auditor runs alongside IDEA within a Windows environment and requires just 4 critical files to obtain from the Unix system under interrogation.

The user can select which tests are to be run and the rest of process is automatic.

When the tests are complete, a report on the finding of the tests is produced and the user can access the results of the tests via IDEA.

As an add-in component, UNIX Security Auditor has the same system requirements as IDEA.

UNIX Security Auditor cannot be used directly in-conjunction with IDEA Server.
