Our skilled technical team are on hand 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday to take your call. Ready to talk you through the issues you are facing. We endeavour to resolve as many problems as possible within the initial call but if we need to get back to you we will do our best not keep you waiting. All calls are registered and the information gathered is fed back into the development system to help improve our products. No personal information or data from your organisation is forwarded to the external development teams without your express permission.

The Support Helpline is open to all users of IDEA operating from within the UK and Ireland however, the level of assistance will be limited if your organisation does not hold a current Support and Maintenance contract.

On the rare occasions when the phone is not answered immediately, please hold on as the calls are routed through to our switchboard when the technical support lines are engaged.

We are in the process of compiling lots of additional content for our website, including 'How To' guides, Technical Articles, Hints and Tips plus downloadable content such as #Functions and 'snippets' of useful IDEAScript code. Check in regularly to see the new content.

As we build up what is available within this part of website, we will be creating a secure area only accessible to clients with current Support and Maintenance contract, registration for this service will be required.

Another great resource is the CaseWare International website at www.caseware.com - this site includes information about IDEA and ancillary products as well as the full range of CaseWare other products.

CaseWare also maintains a dedicated IDEA Support website - http://ideasupport.caseware.com - containing the IDEA Knowledge Base, free Downloads, a User Forum and an IDEAScript area. Access to this site is restricted to Registered Users who must hold a current Support and Maintenance contract for IDEA.
