Payment of fees
Full payment is required within 30 days of the course. The advertised price is subject to VAT. Invoices will be sent to the postal address stated on the booking form.

Confirmation and Joining instructions
Confirmation of your booking together with full joining instructions will be sent on receipt of the booking.

Cancellation of bookings
Cancellation by the client will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

• Up to 14 days prior to commencement of the course: 50% of course fee
• Less than 14 days prior to commencement of Course: 100% of course fee

You may make a substitution of delegate at any time, but must advise us of this action in writing.

AuditWare Training and Consultancy reserve the right to cancel a course at any time, in the event of course cancellation the client will be offered an alternative training date or full refund.
