This workshop will be of benefit to Internal Auditors & Fraud Investigators, who are considering how they can add value to their organisation by adopting a more proactive role in the fight against Fraud.

The risk of Fraud is ever increasing in all business and Internal Audit can be an effective preventative control to help combat Fraud. In the news there have been several widely reported Frauds, Internal Audit were the team that flagged the initial concern.

This workshop will explore the different roles that Internal Audit could take in the ongoing fight against Fraud. Ranging from the more traditional (incorporating work as part of the annual audit plan), to branching out in a more proactive role, providing Fraud awareness to staff and conducting proactive Fraud reviews.

By introducing CAAT’S into your detection plan, you could indentify fraud not yet discovered.
