As the sole distributor of IDEA software in the UK and Ireland, AuditWare offer training & support to all our customers. Our knowledge of the product is simply unequalled and our skills are increasingly in demand to support fraud investigations and payment recovery services.
We offer a range of courses; both public & in-house - from novice to experienced. All courses are designed to be ‘hands-on’ – enabling you to use specific real life case studies. Public courses are conducted from our Tunbridge Wells offices & a number of centres around the UK. In-house courses are bespoke courses, often utilitsing client data and generally conducted at the clients offices.
Regardless of experience, the number of trainees is strictly limited to ensure that every delegate benefits from personal attention. AuditWare supplies high spec laptops and a data projector as well as all pre installed software. No licensing issues and a detailed training manual ensure that every delegate enjoys a stress free learning experience that is both fun and highly productive.
All of this expertise is available through our experienced and well resourced training department. Note: our rates are very competitive, in many cases being lower than other comparable professional software trainers
As well as IDEA, our trainers have a wide experience of other software packages including SpACE and other specialist spreadsheet applications.

Ginette Leeder
Ginette Leeder's experience in training started in 1995. Having worked in both public and private sectors over many years, she is an Associate member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) holding the coveted Certificate in Training Practice. Her many years of experience enables her to conduct a rewarding training course for the delegates attending. Her training extends, in her spare time, as a member of staff with the Air Training Corps.
Andy Sloman
Andy has worked with IDEA at all levels. He came to AuditWare from a management role. Andy has taught himself all aspects of the software and now runs the AuditWare helpdesk. He has developed the popular IDEAScript course, which allows him to 'really immerse myself in a topic, working through complex script based solutions with the trainees'.
